Shipping Policy

Once your order is placed our processing time is 24-48 business hours. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you are having issues tracking your package please contact us at hello@hellobabe.shop and we will do our best to assist you with locating your package.

Domestic Shipping (United States): Rates Vary and Apply at Checkout

Standard | 7-10 Business Days 

Express 2-3 day Shipping 

Orders placed after 10:00am EST will be shipped next business day.

Shipping days exclude Weekends & Holidays.

International Shipping Policy

DHL Express Worldwide | Duties & Taxes required before delivery.

May be subject to additional fees from DHL.

 

Shipping is calculated based on location of delivery and total weight of package. Checkout options will calculate your rate and estimated delivery time. 

Return & Exchange Policy

HelloBabe will accept returns for a refund within 7 days of the delivered date. All items must be returned back in its original form. Items must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, distinct smells including deodorant or perfume. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs. All tags must be attached when returned. 

Please note that all Clearance items and Swimwear are Final Sales. If such items are returned a $25.00 fee will be charged and the items will be returned to you. 

If you receive an item that is damaged or defected, please contact us within 48hrs from the date of delivery and we will gladly process a return or exchange. 

Any international returns received later than 30 days from the order date will be returned back to the sender.
